UNIT SUMMARY
This unit focuses on the forces of magnetism and electricity, how they interact and the uses we put them to. The unit will interest and engage students as they learn about magnetic materials and their properties, and how we use them in our daily lives. Students will revise concepts which they have previously encountered, but will now focus on these ideas in much greater detail. There is a strong element of experimentation in the unit, and students will be encouraged to draw their own conclusions.
